Stop The Gossip

It hurts when we are spoken evil of and lied about. No one wants to be lied about but is it part of living in the last days. Surprising enough you will have more lies and gossip relayed from so called fellow Christians rather than people that are not in the Church per say.

2 Timothy 3: 1This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. 2For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, 3Without natural affection, truce breakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,

We are not exempt from attack! Jesus said that people would say all manner of evil against you falsely for His Sake. This is exactly why we need to Love people more instead of returning evil against the evil that has been thrown our way. So what if they lied, so what if they gossip. God will take care of it, just let Him do His job and stick to yours. Keep up the good work, and do not get discouraged and in due season your reward and recognition will be seen and known of all!

God Blesses all those who have been hurt and lied about wrongfully.

Matthew 5:44

But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despite fully use you, and persecute you;

I have a prayer for all who have been hurt, lied about and mistreated.

Jesus I ask for your healing to come to those who have wronged us and healing to those who have been wronged. I humbly ask for forgiveness that I may know and understand fully the riches of your Love and Mercy that you have intended for all. For you were wronged and lied about more so than any of us here on earth can ever understand. We ask for your Love to overshadow all of us this day and heal our friends and family and the Body of Christ that we know as your Bride and Church. For yours is the Kingdom, A Men!

The Simple Appearance Of Things

The Simple Appearance Of Things!

1 Samuel 16:7 “But the LORD said to Samuel, "Do not consider his appearance or his height, for I have rejected him. The LORD does not look at the things man looks at. Man looks at the outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart.”

1 Corinthians 1:27But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty;

As I read these passages on my devotional page this morning I thought about how Jesus was received.

When Jesus arrived on the scene it was in child form. His lineage was truly that of a royal lineage, but his current situation was not so royal. Taking into consideration his birthplace, and having to avoid being killed as his parents 1st born. As Jesus grew He was not received by all the religious crowds either. His appearance and ideas were usually the topic of the legalistic crowds.

The religious crowd wanted a King and God sent them just that, but He did not arrive in the manner they expected. When the religious crowds saw Him they refused him because He did not come the way they were expecting.

Have you ever received a blessing or an answered prayer from God that did not come exactly the way you expected? Each time you received that answer did it come in the wrappings you expected?

When I received salvation at an altar I wasn't dressed to kill. When God answered my prayers it was not because I knew more scriptures than my fellow believers.

When I found in the scripture I was not only His friend but now His brother I shouted for Joy! Jesus accepted me as I was the day I came to Him. He came to this world and the world received Him not.

John 1:10-12 (King James Version)

10He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not.

11He came unto his own, and his own received him not.

12But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:

Our wisdom is truly foolish in of itself. We must learn to trust Jesus in all things instead of trusting our abilities. Not only trust for the things in this life but also the afterlife. We must also learn how to let Jesus take away our doubt, fear, and unbelief. You see, If we cannot trust Him with the smallest of our life's issues then we really have not trusted in Him for anything.

Fear, Doubt and worry are measures of darkness in our lives that we all have to deal with at times. We all go through this and it is part of who we are as human flesh. Remember this key scripture.

Hebrews 11:1
Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

John 14:16-18 (King James Version)

 16And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever;

17Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.

18I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you.

Romans 8:23-25 (King James Version)

23And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body.

24For we are saved by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for?

25But if we hope for that we see not, then do we with patience wait for it.

The day I received salvation was a day of complete amazement. I had no clue I would experience what I experienced. I was not forewarned or did anyone hype up the experience. I was not even an avid Bible reader up to that point. Sure like most I would dust off the Bible just to read a few passages in Revelation. Once I experienced the Love and Power in my life that day I had a hunger and thirst for knowledge. As I began to read my eyes were open to things I never knew.

God's Word begun to come alive in me and I began to see things and know things I never thought I would ever know or see. My faith was growing due to the ingestion of God's Holy Word. I later came to realize too as I begun to get deeper into the Word my surroundings were not right.

The 1st thing I saw and heard that was wrong, was how man presented God's truth.

Example: A teacher “not named” was using a chart to teach new converts, me being their only new convert. The teacher got to the place on the chart that explained the division of nationalities. This teacher believed that when Ham who was one of Noah's three sons looked upon his fathers nakedness the black race was created, and they were cursed and still are till this day because of this issue.

If I am not mistaken, Jesus took care of generational curses when He went to the cross for all people. Unfortunately this man taught that this particular race as well as the Jewish race are not entitled to any of the promises that Jesus provided.

I immediately realized that if I was going to learn and my son who was five at the time would learn anything we must go to a different church. I never discussed the Ham Shem and Japheth issue until a couple of years later.

As God was leading me I kept trying to search out teachers to help me understand all the wonderful things that had happened in my life. The more I searched the more got shut down. As I sought out I would get discouraged and misdirected by the wisdom of men. This led to more and more exposure of the false beliefs and ideas men held to. I stayed close to the Word during this ordeal and because of that It became my safety net. Even though I did not believe all that man was trying to impose I stayed the course and stood my ground at that local assembly. I became very active in outreach and other ministries during that time. As I continued on I was caught off guard by God one night.

I was in a service and God revealed his power to me again in a very extreme way. He utilized a man to reveal knowledge to me by the Holy Ghost! Later on this happened again, but in a more physical way. However I continued to struggle because of the individual idealisms and points of view on God's Law and promises. I had read my Bible through several times at this point to realize that people were interpreting things wrong to support ideals and views for personal reasons or gain.

After all of these experiences, and several months worth of getting depressed over it Jesus spoke to me one night in a service. He brought to my remembrance a passage that He softly spoke to me, but it was so loud.

You seek after teachers who mislead you with their ideas and views. I will be your teacher and I will not forsake you nor will I mislead you but will guide you into all truth.

As years went by I found myself struggling over issues and doctrines I had learned in the assembly I was affiliated with. I never found real Bible substance to support most of their views and teachings. I began to find more and more prejudice, and misled ideas and views that caused grief and depression in so many lives.

I knew in my heart I was trying to appease men and be accepted by their groups, but Jesus wanted me to pull away from these groups. As I begun to gradually pull away I began to grow, and my trust in God grew more and more. Whether people realize it or not, your calling is yours not anyone else's. You must obey the voice of God and follow after Him. He will lead you where He wants you, not where you think you should be or where others say you should be!

We must learn to trust in God no matter what it looks like! The appearances of things that God chooses aren't always what we think they should be. Our views and ideas will only mislead us if we are not careful and especially not in the Word, or Safety Net!

God's Word will reinforce your Calling, your Salvation, your Faith, and your Hope!

He still speaks to us and He will lead us and guide us into all truth if we will let Him!

All the things we do in this life are temporal, and will not gain any ground with Him in the end!

Focus on the simplicity of it and realize that no matter what we do or how we appear He still Loves Us! He took me as I was, a sinner! He accepted me not because I was special above anyone else, He took me just because!

Jesus knew he would not be accepted. After all He himself knew His own prophecies and how He would have to suffer for the World! That being said He still knows that we are not a perfect people and we still need Him today! Even those of us who know Him and His Salvation.

Do You Need to know Jesus Christ Today as Your Personal Lord and Saviour?

He wants you and I to know this, He loves us just because! He Loves us without conditions, hair styles, dress codes, and status of life. His Love is truly unconditional and without any prejudice!

His Love comes with no up front fees or charges! He paid it all for you and I that we could experience Hope, Life, and Peace. It is truly Joy unspeakable and full of Glory!

He came to us as a child, and presented Himself later as a simple man. He died the death as a cursed man to carry away all my sin and curses past and present. He died for me not because of my hair style, apparel or my skin color!

I trust In Jesus Christ and His finished Work and that alone is enough!

Simply receive and believe Him Today!

Dedicated To Bless!

Dedicated To Bless!

This is the time to start with a right spirit and mind for Jesus! Resolutions are made by many for various reasons, but as the Body of Christ we make some absolute and resolute declarations that truly abide in the power of His Glory. If we are going to see Him and His coming we need to make changes as a people. If we are going to experience real life changing revival then now is the time. Seek Him early while He can be found the Psalmist said.

Psalm 1

1 Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. 2 But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night. 3 And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper. 4 The ungodly are not so: but are like the chaff which the wind driveth away. 5 Therefore the ungodly shall not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous. 6 For the LORD knoweth the way of the righteous: but the way of the ungodly shall perish.

Matthew 5

1 And seeing the multitudes, he went up into a mountain: and when he was set, his disciples came unto him:

2 And he opened his mouth, and taught them, saying,

3 Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

4 Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted.

5 Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth.

6 Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.

7 Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy.

8 Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.

9 Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.

10 Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

11 Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake.

12 Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.

Matthew 5:44

But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;

The closer you get to Jesus Christ the more you will undergo the satanic attempts and attacks on your souls. We declare the signs and wonders, but this is not what we are supposed to declare. We as a Godly people must simply declare Jesus Christ and Him Crucified. The death, burial and the resurrection.

Our job is to get deep into the Word as an individual, for it is your individual responsibility. It is our job to stay prayed up like our patriarchs and matriarchs have taught. It is time to dedicate to fasting as we are led by the Holy Ghost in order to have the power over this flesh we abide in much less out there in the world. What we live in has more power over us anyway!

Dedicated to Bless! Directed to minister to all even those who have lied and gossiped about, and stolen from. Dedicated to, or New Resolution to! Resolute or resolve. Resolving the old pains and hurts that have happened to us in the past and moving into a healed future. Letting go of the things of the old man

in order to watch the new man prosper in the Grace of the Living God.

A New Resolution, Dedicated To Bless! This will be a hard task for many of us, and I know difficult!

We must overcome evil with Good.

    Romans 12:21
Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good.

Be a Child of God that knows Blessings rather than the curses. It is easy to get into trouble and stir up troubles. It is even easier to be a blessing if you will simply allow Jesus Christ to lead your life.

Let's start it out right.

Father God we come to you in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, the name that is above every name. We ask for you healing and restoration. We ask for forgiveness and help us to forgive. We humbly ask for your direction and plans to be fulfilled within us as a whole in order to see you and the power of your Glory. We as a people repent and we stand in the gap for our countries leaders and ask for you convicting power to draw these out to repent. We long for you, hunger for your righteousness and Holiness to abide in our lives, hearts, minds, and souls. We dedicate all with all resolution of our beings and trust in your abilities and anointing as we submit to you for your purpose. For you are the King of all Kings and thine is the Kingdom!

50% OFF SALVATION! FREE * special terms apply

Is this us?

Do we as Christians put ourselves out at a discounted price to make others want to be with us?

Do we only tell half of the truth to gain more relationships or approval?

Are we truly valuing who we are and what we have to offer?

When we place a discounted value on ourselves we are only telling those around us that we don’t value who we really are.

Maybe we cover up who we are to get the initial approval, knowing there are special terms that apply.

Have you ever signed up for a special deal only to find out 6 months later you are paying full price. It doesn’t make you very happy does it? What’s different now then six months ago? You are still getting the same product or service you paid for back then.

You begin to search for a new service provider or product, right? You want to get the lower price you received 6 months ago. Do you really want your friends to go searching for a new discounted you? Of course not! You have poured countless hours of time and energy into building that relationship. When a relationship is built on a FREE or 50% off  offer, it is hard to go back and ask for full value later. Sure you may not be the hot item of the day, you may sit back as people pass you by. But when your buyer comes in he knows exactly what he wants; Quality, something that will maintain it’s value, something  he’s proud to make an investment in. As hard as it may be we must sit back, be patient and wait for our special buyer. We are not discounted or FREE but valued!!!

Good writing Care!

Jesus is coming back for a Bride that He paid full price for!

A Name above Names.

A Name above Names.

Acts 4:8-12 (King James Version) ****Key Verse****

8Then Peter, filled with the Holy Ghost, said unto them, Ye rulers of the people, and elders of Israel,

9If we this day be examined of the good deed done to the impotent man, by what means he is made whole;

10Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even by him doth this man stand here before you whole.

11This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner.

12Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.

The church world today is crying and screaming no denominations and religions. Not that they don't want to have churches, but to be more so non affiliated with old laws and rules that have killed so many spiritually.

The Apostles were far from church government and legalism as it can get and these guys were the founding teachers with Jesus Christ the primary Master over all that they did. The apostolic church today is far from what was initially established as much as any other church whether it be a noted organization, denomination or not. No matter what your current name tag there is not one, and I strongly proclaim it, not one church standing that truly follows the teachings of Christ the way He instructed His disciples, or apostles as we knew them to do. The apostles doctrine is being taught in many pentecostal churches, as well as some so called apostolic churches along with some non denominational churches in portions. The doctrine has in fact been either watered down, added to or skewed in some way by so many. The church would revolt against any one who stood up in our day and throw people who attempt to try and go back to the true apostolic teaching principles.

Many denominations by-pass the whole book of acts and a large aspect of the teaching is Jesus for the most part as we know it. Some of these so called preacher/teacher/ministers are fairly good speakers but they negate the real work of the cross in their midst. They try and say that we are in the truth because we have signs following or because we are right and they are wrong. The fact is this. God honors His Word, not His people. He is no respecter of persons. The apostolic message was established not in the book of Acts or the Acts of the disciples. The Apostolic message was established when the disciples obeyed the Master before His crucifixion, burial and resurrection. The next part was the hardest part and that was to replace Judas who had betrayed Jesus. This had to be because the foundation would be out of kilter. 11 stones would be and Odd not an even. Therefore a piece to the puzzle had to be supplied.

Acts 1: 15-23 (New Century Version)

15 During this time there was a meeting of the believers (about one hundred twenty of them). Peter stood up and said, 16-17 "Brothers and sisters, in the Scriptures the Holy Spirit said through David something that must happen involving Judas. He was one of our own group and served together with us. He led those who arrested Jesus." 18 (Judas bought a field with the money he got for his evil act. But he fell to his death, his body burst open, and all his intestines poured out.19 Everyone in Jerusalem learned about this so they named this place Akeldama. In their language Akeldama means "Field of Blood.") 20 "In the Book of Psalms," Peter said, "this is written:

'May his place be empty;

leave no one to live in it.' — Psalm 69:25

And it is also written:

'Let another man replace him as leader.' — Psalm 109:8

21-22 "So now a man must become a witness with us of Jesus' being raised from the dead. He must be one of the men who were part of our group during all the time the Lord Jesus was among us—from the time John was baptizing people until the day Jesus was taken up from us to heaven."

23 They put the names of two men before the group. One was Joseph Barsabbas, who was also called Justus. The other was Matthias.24-25 The apostles prayed, "Lord, you know the thoughts of everyone. Show us which one of these two you have chosen to do this work. Show us who should be an apostle in place of Judas, who turned away and went where he belongs."26 Then they used lots to choose between them, and the lots showed that Matthias was the one. So he became an apostle with the other eleven.

The next difficult thing to accomplish as true Spirit Led and Spirit Fed Men of God was to actually Act upon the things they were taught. The very 1st thing after Matthias was the preaching of the Word.

This is the actual 1st recorded event of a student of Jesus preaching the actual Word, and Peter was the man who obeyed. He stood up in the midst of a crowd, explained the gift of the Holy Ghost to the crowd, and then further explained to them how they could be saved. From this point on as you go through the establishment of the Church by the Actions and efforts of faithful men of God you will find one thing in common in every story throughout the whole book of Acts, Jesus Christ! In every situation where someone was healed, baptized and filled with the Holy Ghost, it was all done in the Name Of Jesus Christ. There were no other names given or quoted for salvation.

From this point on we find epistles that were written by now seasoned men of God to established churches. The very 1st letter written to a saved group of people were the church at Rome. Many in our churches today by-pass all other books and go to the Book of Romans to show salvation instead of taking them to the Cross. In order to bring salvation to a lost humanity we must 1st bring them back to the cross where Jesus was crucified. We must take them to the shed blood of the ultimate sacrifice. Once we take the masses to the sacrifice then they can be prepared for the Holy of Holies.

Some by-pass the physical efforts of baptism because it is proclaimed now as a type and shadow and only is a symbol not an actual effort.

Lets go back to what Jesus said to his disciples in the gospels.

Luke 6:48-49 (King James Version)

48He is like a man which built an house, and digged deep, and laid the foundation on a rock: and when the flood arose, the stream beat vehemently upon that house, and could not shake it: for it was founded upon a rock. 49But he that heareth, and doeth not, is like a man that without a foundation built an house upon the earth; against which the stream did beat vehemently, and immediately it fell; and the ruin of that house was great.

    Luke 10:16
He that heareth you heareth me; and he that despiseth you despiseth me; and he that despiseth me despiseth him that sent me.

If we do not hear what the disciples taught then we despise Jesus and God! To despise is to Hate, and to despise the messengers of the 1st Church is despising the God of our salvation and Hating the real Apostolic Message that established it.

Paul's descriptive details in His writing still to this day effect us and gives good counsel for life as we know it. Even with all of that detail we still have to stay in context of the whole plan in of itself.

By-passing the apostolic message is bringing a curse upon us and those who we teach.

Galatians 1:6-9 (King James Version)

6I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel:

7Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ.

8But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.

9As we said before, so say I now again, if any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.

This letter to the saved church of Galatia was being infiltrated with other views and ideas. Paul was very plain and said it well, if “ANY” man or angel preach “ANY” other Gospel.. “Other Than” that you have received, meaning that of the Apostles/Disciples, let him be accursed. He said it twice to emphasize the point. As we roll back in time from the point where we stand and truly view the church structures and denominations as we know it we can see all kinds of false teachings and ideas that have tainted the truth.

Any person, group or organized structure that declares they know all the truth or even act like it has already departed from the real focal point and the Truth.

To know truth one must 1st know Jesus. When you become a follower you will realize the need for humility and submission as you allow His Spirit to re-shape and restore what the world has destroyed.

To make a declaration of Love and be a minister of Love one must be of a humble spirit. Humility does not judge, nor does it attempt to kill the spirit of others. We all are truly guilty of the lack of humility because we all need to learn how to yield to the Holy Ghost. As we yield to the Holy Ghost a transformation begins. We experience the upper room life and obedience to the Word becomes more natural now. Yielding to God in this fashion is a Student/Master relationship. It helps us to follow the precepts without name tags and labels. It shows us the avenues through His plan rather than ours.

The one and only Gospel can be found simply by reading four books as though they were one complete story of the greatest man that ever lived on earth. This Man was not just Man but He was fully God as the express image of the Father who created Him. In Him dwelt all the fullness of the God Head Bodily. Jesus Christ is the Name above all names no matter what that name may be.

Jesus Christ is a name above Jehovah, because it was Jehovah who established it as an avenue to His creation. Calling on the Name of Jesus is the Way.

    Colossians 3:17
And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him.

Following this Name Path of Jesus has many details that we lake hold to. This first thing is this and let's try and focus on Jesus not man made views.

In Matthew 28 Jesus gave a commandment that we call the Great Commission. In that Commandment He told His students to Baptize the followers, and teach them to obey everything that I taught you.

Matthew 28:18-20 (New Century Version)

18 Then Jesus came to them and said, "All power in heaven and on earth is given to me. 19 So go and make followers of all people in the world. Baptize them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. 20 Teach them to obey everything that I have taught you, and I will be with you always, even until the end of this age."

    Luke 10:16
He that heareth you heareth me; and he that despiseth you despiseth me; and he that despiseth me despiseth him that sent me.

To cast down the teaching of baptism and repentance is a direct refusal of Jesus and the teachings of the Apostles and it will only bring a curse to any who does it.

To obey the instructional teaching of the New Covenant one must begin with the precepts, and then move forward into the avenues of understanding by furthering their own education. It is important to study for ourselves as this will keep shame from being upon us on the day we stand before the Living God. To study is to take to heart all the scriptures and verses found in the Bible. Also we must understand that every one who professes they are of God is not of God! We must try the spirits to make sure they are of God and this takes us back to the precepts. The precepts are found in the Gospels and from that point forward. These principles will teach us how t pray, to fast, and how to be humble before God and those around us. It will also teach us how to love even when we are hated of all men for standing on the Word.

Peter said it best when he instructed the people. Repent, be Baptized in Jesus Name, and receive the Gift of The Holy Ghost. Repentance is turning toward God, Baptism is being buried with Jesus in typology in order to be raised in newness of Life. Receiving the Gift of God's Holy Spirit is the resurrection power that will direct you into truth and also indicate you are His.

Acts 2:38 (New Century Version)

38 Peter said to them, "Change your hearts and lives and be baptized, each one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.

    Romans 6:4
Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.

    Colossians 2:12
Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead.

Romans 8:8-10 (King James Version)

8So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.

9But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.

10And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.

If Christ is In You it simply is because you acknowledged His teachings through a Holy Ghost Filled Student who obeyed what Jesus Taught them. So many in churches suffer and cannot even receive the gifts and calling because they are so misled. I see it all the time in churches throughout and it saddens me, and if it saddens me, I know it makes Jesus more so sad. The fact is this when we do not follow the disciples precepts we are not following Jesus. If we deny them then we deny Jesus. There is Power In the Name of Jesus. Jesus must be applied to all of our being and what we do and represent.

Acts 4:12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.

Moldy Bread

Have you ever looked at a piece of moldy bread and thought this resembles my life?
I was watching the news channel this morning. I kept waiting for something positive to flash across the screen. 10 minutes, 20 minutes, 30 minutes… Still nothing positive. I began to feel a little depressed about this. Do we really live in such a negative world? We are America, the #1 country! Are we so spoiled that we can’t find good in anything we have or do?  As I thought about this I was picturing a piece of bread. If you leave a piece of bread on a shelf for a long period of time it will begin to get moldy. The mold starts to over take the bread a little bit at a time, eventually the mold overtakes the entire piece of bread, forcing you to gag as you throw it away. Our lives in a lot of ways can resemble that piece of bread, we allow a little spot of negativity to overtake our lives/days/weeks. We become so consumed that our friends/family/coworkers have no choice but to gag and remove us from their circles. I consider myself blessed that I
live in America and I can make a choice who I allow in my circle.
What is in my circle of life?
And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life:[John 6.35]
I am a Christian. After telling someone this I began to think of my life and my actions recently. I have filled my mind, heart and soul with TV shows that were not Christian shows. Have I really become a complacent Christian? Did I place Jesus Christ, the bread of life, on a shelf?  I have allowed the mold of the world to overtake who I really am. I realized I am not the Christian I once was. I try to cover up the mold with butter and jelly, but underneath I am still moldy bread. I have to throw away what has become moldy bread. Go to the alter and purchase new bread by asking God to forgive me of my ungodly ways and truly repent from all wrong doings. Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature."—2 Corinthians 5:17.
